Tuesday, the Ultimate Fighting Championship announced that UFC 208 in Feb. 11 in Brooklyn would feature the inaugural UFC women’s featherweight championship bout between Germaine de Randamie and former bantamweight champ Holly Holm. The two debate who the first women’s champ will be at 145, the drawing potential of UFC 208 at the gate and on pay-per-view, the likelihood of “Cyborg” Cristiane Justino getting the first shot at the winner and where that fight might take place.
The two also dig into the history of fighters, like Holly Holm, coming off two losses getting UFC title shots, Ronda Rousey’s public persona and how she could factor in at 145 pounds and whether or not she’ll ever end up facing “Cyborg” in the cage.
Grab your credential and get a seat in “Press Row.”
