31-year-old Armenian-Italian Armen Petrosyan has carved an impressive niche for himself in the sport of kickboxing. A WMTA World Super Welterweight Champion, two-time Italian Kickboxing Champion and Haarlem Fight Night tournament winner, Petrosyan is a fighter who likes to push forward and bring the fight to his opponent. He has a fought in a variety different promotions over the years, most recently Bellator Kickboxing and EMEI Legends. This will be his first bout in One Championship.

Meanwhile, Ngimbi’s One Championship debut did not go as well as he would have liked. The WKA Muay Thai World Champion, It’s Showtime 70MAX World Champion and SUPERKOMBAT Champion lost to Thai Legend Yodsanklai IWE Fairtex via unanimous decision. The Congolese-Dutch national is in the middle of a three-fight losing run which includes a loss to Gevorg Petrosyan, Armen’s older brother. Ngimbi will be hoping to end that streak and a start a winning one by defeating the younger Petrosyan.
