Beatdown: Steven Wright

TJ De Santis and Jeff Sherwood returned to the Sherdog Radio Network Wednesday for another edition of “Beatdown.” Joining them was Team Takedown striking coach Steven Wright.

Johny Hendricks punched his ticket again as number one contender following his UFC 158 victory over Carlos Condit. In his corner was Steven Wright who joined “Beatdown” to talk about the fight and what the strategy was going in to the fight. Wright also chats about a potential fight with Georges St. Pierre and what the game plan might be should the two men meet later this year.

TJ and Jeff also talk about Lavar Johnson’s positive drug test, the World Series of Fighting card this weekend, and they continue their Nick Diaz contest. The guys also take listener calls, emails, and tweets.
