Light heavyweights Zac Pauga and Ashby Thomas kicked off the LFA 98 main card. The bout was all Pauga as he controlled Thomas in top control and eventually got a TKO stoppage from ground-and-pound elbows and punches. The fight was waved off at 2:21 of Round 1.
