The two Ultimate Fighting Championship contenders are set to lock horns in the UFC Fight Night 207 headliner on Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, where they will attempt to keep pace with the men ahead of them in the heavyweight pecking order. Volkov has lost two of his past three bouts. The former Bellator MMA and M-1 Global champion last appeared at UFC Fight Night 204, where he submitted to a straight armbar from Tom Aspinall in the first round of their March 19 pairing. Rozenstruik, meanwhile, has alternated wins and losses in each of his past five outings. He last competed on Sept. 25, when he dropped a unanimous decision to Curtis Blaydes in their three-round encounter at UFC 266.

As Volkov and Rozenstruik make final preparations ahead of their high-stakes showdown, a look at some of the numbers that have accompanied them to this point:

33: Years of age for Volkov, who was born in Moscow on Oct. 24, 1988.

22: Volkov wins by knockout or technical knockout, accounting for 65% of his career total (34). His list of UFC victims: Alistair Overeem, Walt Harris, Fabricio Werdum and Stefan Struve. Volkov holds three other wins by submission and nine more by decision.

337: Days spent by Volkov as undisputed Bellator heavyweight champion. He captured the title with a five-round unanimous decision over Rich Hale at Bellator 84 on Dec. 14, 2012 and relinquished it in a first-round technical knockout loss to Vitaly Minakov at Bellator 108 on Nov. 15, 2013. It ranks as the shortest reign in the history of the division.

20: Seconds needed for Volkov to cut down Adam Alikhanov with punches under the M-1 Global banner in May 2009. Having occurred more than 13 years ago, it remains his fastest finish to date.

182: Combined victories between the 10 opponents—Aspinall, Minakov, Ciryl Gane, Curtis Blaydes, Derrick Lewis, Cheick Kongo, Tony Johnson, Pat Bennett, Maxim Grishin and Akhmed Sultanov—who have beaten Volkov. They sport a cumulative 182-52-5 record (.762).

34: Years of age for Rozenstruik, who was born on March 17, 1988 in Paramaribo, Suriname.

11: Rozenstruik victories by knockout or technical knockout, accounting for 92% of his career total (12). His list of UFC victims: Overeem, Augusto Sakai, Junior dos Santos, Andrei Arlovski, Allen Crowder and Junior Albini. Rozenstruik owns one other victory by decision, having eked out a split verdict over Andrey Kovalev at a Rizin Fighting Federation event in 2018.

3: Sub-minute finishes on the Rozenstruik resume, with two of them having taken place inside the Octagon. He buried Crowder with punches in nine seconds at UFC Fight Night 154 on June 22, 2019 and punched out Arlovski in 29 seconds at UFC 244 on Nov. 2, 2019.

84: Significant strikes landed by Rozenstruik in his fifth-round stoppage of Overeem in their UFC on ESPN 7 headliner in 2019. It established a personal high-water mark for the Surinamese kickboxer that stands to this day.

.860: Cumulative winning percentage between the three opponents—Blaydes, Gane and Francis Ngannou—who have defeated Rozenstruik. They boast a combined record of 43-7.
