It was a very impressive performance from Marlon Vera inside the Octagon tonight in Tampa, Florida. Vera took on Andre Ewell at 135 pounds. Vera threatened early with a couple of impressive arm-triangle chokes out of nowhere. However, late in the third round, Vera's pressure became too much for Ewell, who was dragged down to the canvas with a standing guillotine attempt. Vera used his position on top to deliver some nasty ground-and-pound, leading to the TKO finish.
